Level 1: The Enneagram with Lucille Greeff

Three days exploring the deeper dynamics of the Enneagram, including working with the polarities of the type, childhood narratives and development through the Laws of 1 and 3. 

The workshop includes accreditation in the use of the AIM Enneagram test. This is an online programme which includes group and one-on-one work.

Experienced Enneagram practitioners who only want to learn specifically about the AIM Enneagram test can choose to do the technical, 1-day conversion course instead of the full programme. 

Lucille Greeff is a director of Aephoria and an Enneagram teacher from South Africa who has been working with the Enneagram for 15 years. 

Lucille integrates the Enneagram of personality with Enneagram process work. She is interested in working with the Enneagram to enable vertical development through client-centric, existential and process-based ways. Previously, she was the co-founder of Integrative Enneagram Solutions and the co-creator of the Integrative Enneagram Questionnaire (now known as IEQ9)

Lucille’s experience includes her work as vision quest facilitator and with group psychodynamics, systems maturation, and diversity and inclusion.

1-day online conversion course

• 13 July (US time zone)
• 27 August (Europe & Africa time zone).

• $475 / R6,500 + VAT per person for the 3-day workshop
• $265 / R2,300 + VAT for the 1-day conversion course

Level 2: Identity Maturation with Julia Kukard

Three days exploring vertical development and the Aephoria Identity Maturation framework (IMf) through the lens of adult development theory, in conversation with existential philosophy and psychology, leadership maturity and identity psychology. 

The workshop includes theory and practice coaching at different stages of maturity and how to work with individual, systemic stuckness and fallback. 

This is an online programme which includes accreditation in the use of the AIM Identity Maturation assessment (sentence completion test).

Julia Kukard is a founding partner of Aephoria and a leadership and inclusion professional from South Africa. She is currently completing her Doctorate in Existential Psychotherapy focusing on leadership stuckness and fallback. 

Julia’s research is on leadership stuckness and the application of the work of Steve Biko in leadership maturation. Her experience includes working with individuals and groups as a coach, facilitator, psycho-educator and psychotherapist and she is an active member of the global vertical development practitioner community.

To participate in Level 2, you need to have completed either the full Level 1 programme or the shortened Level 1 conversion course.
