Bruce helps people of all ages accurately identify their life’s purpose using the Core Gift Discovery tool, then uses that discovery in coaching sessions as the springboard for grounding a person in self-worth and confidence, deepening understanding of their life patterns, and determining future directions in any life area. His international experience ranges from working with people in villages above the Arctic circle, under-seen and under-valued people of all kinds, people on pilgrimage in Europe, and people who sense there is more to life than what they are currently doing.

He has extensive study in creativity processes and problem-solving methodologies, and has degrees in education, business administration and is a Certified Applied Depths Practitioner coach.

He lives on an island by Seattle, USA and has a storied life of living in remote Alaska, commercial fishing, log-cabin building, and mayor.

He is currently the Executive Director of the Core Gift Institute.
