our approach to inclusion and diversity training
1. Prepare
Through conversations, presentations and interviews with stakeholders, we work to expand leadership s awareness of and commitment to DEI. At this stage, we also customise the survey and collaborate with you to develop a communications strategy to engage employees in readiness for the survey deployment.
2. Measure
We deploy InclusionIndex to gather data about the culture, policies, and practices, and to identify strengths and challenges in broad strokes and granular detail across the organisation, reporting early warning signals in critical areas. This is followed by qualitative focus
3. Analyse
Data is stored on our RSA encrypted database, which is firewalled and sits on a virtual private cloud. Data is segmented by country, divisions and departments as stipulated by the client.
Limitless data segmentations are possible, with bespoke commentary and focused analysis provided by gender, sexual orientation, race, disability, religion, level of seniority/zob role, age, length of service, country and department. Scores can then be used to benchmark levels of inclusion, either against other industry players or against organisations from different sectors.
4. Plan
We support leadership to make sense of the outcomes and to plan the results into the organisation s mission and strategic obzectives. We co design a strategic plan including a map of interventions and activities to shift the culture based on the InclusionIndex recommendations, which are grounded in organisational science, social psychology, learning theory, adult learning, and cognitive science.
5. Implement
We help you to implement a strategic plan, which may include individual and team coaching, workshops, awareness building activities, strategy development, retreats and/or policy review. We support you in developing capabilities that encourage learning, innovation, and shifts in mindset and behaviour that will catalyse the changes you want to see.
6. Lead
Leading inclusively is both part of the process and the desired outcome. We continue to support the development of individual and collective leadership and management capacity across the whole organisation.
