PUBLIC SUPERVISION 16 NOVEMBER – OPEN TO ALL!

Dear Aephorian community,

Join us on Tuesday 16 November, (from 4-6 pm SAST), for a public supervision. We will be joined by leadership expert Jonathan Reams and a cohort of his students.

The session will focus on adult development and coaching. Jonathan and students will offer a number of topics for discussion, namely:

• Diversity / racial issues in coaching
• What day to day life is like for a professional coach
• Developing confidence as a coach to handle new topics and clients
• How have coaches evolved on their own developmental journey and how they continue to do so

Our intention with this session is to bring together practical experience and theoretical knowledge from South Africa and abroad, and to explore topics of mutual interest with new and seasoned practitioners.

Please consider which topic is of interest to you – and come with your thoughts ready to share! There is the option of hosting one of the break-out rooms as per the topics above.

A bit about Jonathan: 

Jonathan practices the cultivation of leadership through awareness-based consulting, coaching, and action research on leadership development program design and delivery in a variety of settings. He has a position at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), serves as Editor-in-Chief of Integral Review, and is a co-founder of the Center for Transformative Leadership and of the European Center for Leadership Practice. He brings awareness-based leadership development practices to his work, focusing on how the inner workings of human nature can develop leadership capacities for today’s complex challenges.
